Fitness Assessments

Boutique Fitness - Personal Assessments
 
Fitness Assessments are great way to start your training as this will give you an idea of your base level fitness. The results from your assessment will help me in tailoring your programme to your fitness level.

The Assessment will consist of:

• Weight
• Body circumferences
• Body fat
• Resting Heart Rate
• 3 Minute Step up Test for recovery heart rate
• Press up Strength test for upper body
• Squats Strength test for lower body

After 8 to 12 weeks of training we will re-do your assessment checking your progression in both your fitness level and your strength.
