Whether you decide to have personal training weekly, fortnightly or monthly we all need motivation and support from time to time.

Throughout your training, I will provide you with both motivation and support when needed and will congratulate you when you have reached your goals.

When you start training, I will ask to you to let me know how you are getting on, if there are any problems and how are you finding the lifestyle changes. As there will be times when your motivation may not be that high. This can be for many reasons, you’ve have had a bad a week, life is getting in the way, or you may feel like you are starting to struggle. This is the time when you will need support and encouragement. It is so important that you let me know, as I can help to motivate you and provide you with the support you need to get through it.

Together we can come up with ways to help you beat these times so you stay on track and get the results that you want. When you start to see the results, your fitness level improving and generally feeling more energised with everything you do, this alone will help you to keep motivated.
