The training programme designed for you.

We are all unique individuals and all have different requirements when comes to training, it can be your availability to train, motivation, not knowing where to start with your training or for health reasons or you have been training for years you want try a new programme so your programme needs to be tailored for you.

One of the most important questions I will ask you is to be honest with yourself about your goals and how long you want to take to achieve them as they will affect the intensity, the exercises in your programme and how often you need to train.

Also if you have any medical conditions that may affect your training, these will need to be taken into consideration when writing your programme, but will still get you to reach your goals.

Whether you are having personal training weekly, fortnightly or monthly I will update your programme as your fitness and strength level starts to improve and giving you challenges to stop you getting bored.
