Dear Vicky,

I just wanted to thank you for advising me and showing me some ‘muscle release’ exercises to help pelvis reline.

As you know, I regularly visit a Chiropractor as my pelvis goes out of line quite a lot, especially after gardening. I am due to go and see him again at the end of the month, but I was on the point of bringing the appointment forward. However, thanks to you, I no longer have to do this and now whenever I feel that I have overdone things, I do the exercises you have shown me and it improves again.

I understand that I should continually do this about three times a week for about 20 seconds on each side, four times, especially before and after my body attack class. I will most certainly do this from now on.
